Arizona Arabic Flagship Program
Become professionally proficiency in Arabic through the Arizona Arabic Flagship Program. Students from all majors have the opportunity to learn Arabic language through study abroad experiences, cultural immersion, and a year-long capstone program.
CASA Program Updates
CASA I (2023-2024) is being offered in Amman, Jordan and Meknes, Morocco (September – May)
The program is being conducted in-person. As usual, we are continually monitoring the safety and security of global political issues.
CASA I, II, and III 2024-2025 Call for Applications

PLEASE NOTE:
The CASA funding from the U.S. Department of Education allows the program to operate in Jordan and Morocco only and does not allow travel to Egypt at the moment. It is important for you to know that CASA and its home, the University of Arizona, have not approved and do not endorse the program at the American University in Cairo (AUC) which currently refers to itself as CASA or as CASA@AUC. Should you pursue AUC’s program, you will be doing so at your own risk, without the endorsement or support of CASA or the University of Arizona.
