Robert Hedberg

Hello! My name is Robert Hedberg, and I am a student at the University of Maryland, College Park where I'm currently pursuing a triple major in psychology, economics, and Arabic studies. I started studying Arabic when I entered university because I wanted to learn a new language, but specifically a non-western language. So I took a few Arabic classes, and after really enjoying the language, I decided to stick with it. And it's needless to say I wouldn't be at the level that I am today without the help of the Flagship Program. The quality of the instruction paired with the opportunity to immerse myself in the language is undoubtedly irreplaceable in helping me achieve what I have so far.
