Nathan Hatchett

My name is Nathan Hatchett. I studied International Studies and Middle Eastern Languages & Cultures with a minor in Linguistics at Indiana University. I am studying Arabic because I want to work in diplomacy in the future. Arabic is one of the official languages of the United Nations and the Middle East is an incredibly important part of geopolitical relations. The Flagship program has given me the ability to improve my Arabic skills and cultural understanding while also serving my own personal interests.
